These lovely art deco "Walkies" were popular in the 1920's. They feature a stylish flapper women walking a dog. I have seen this Art Deco celluloid brooch referred to as a "Vogue brooch"; a free gift offered with a one year subscription to the magazine. It measures 2.5" x 2". Condition is good with minor wear to the paint.
