Ian St. Gielar Costume Jewelry History

Ian St. Gielar Brooch

This talented designer, was a contributing designer for Stanley Hagler from 1989 to 1994.

After Hagler's death, in 1996, St. Gielar set up his own studio and continued to create stunning and collectible beaded jewelry until his death in March of 2007.

His inventory included a multitude of vintage beads and findings from the Hagler jewelry line.

His pieces seemed to become instantly collectible. He was designer to the stars and his wonderful creations were often  found on designer runways.

Mr. St. Gielar's wife Valentina, continues to create this beaded jewelry in the same style and has continued the business under the name "Ian St. Gielar Studio".
