Here is a romantic gold filled brooch featuring cross, heart and anchor which symbolize faith, hope and charity, (or love) c. 1880. The heart bears a beautiful flower design and beautiful little white opal. There is also a ruby glass stone at the bottom of the pin.
The brooch measures 1 1.4" x 7/8" and has a 'c' clasp fastener. There is also a small gold loop at the bottom of the pin that may have been used to suspend a watch. It is in excellent condition with some edge wear to the gold finish. |
