This darling tremblant figural faux pearl head pin is hinged at the waste to allow for a back and forth movement. This delightful fellow has an ivory faux pearl head and rhinestone accents on his pants, belt and vest. The setting is a white metal. The back is signed "Atlas", (Atlas Manufacturing Co., NY, 1940s-1950s). It is also a marked with US Patent No. 2066969, which was registered in 1937 for the style of safety catch used. This lovely old pin is 1 1/4" tall and is in excellent condition.
