This is a beautiful vintage copper Brooch. It measures 2" across and is marked with the Bell Trading Company logo. It has a spray of a copper ball and feathery leaves at it's centre.
The Bell Trading Co. employed Navajo Indians to make copper and turquoise jewelry from the 1940's to sometime in the 70's. The company sold this jewelry as souveniers in their shops which were located in New Mexico along Route 66. |
