Here is a fantastic 1940s Boucher gold washed sterling vermeil leaf brooch with aquamarine rhinestones. The back is marked Sterling with the Phrygian Cap and MB for Marcel Boucher. The The Phrygian mark is faint but present. The realistic leaf design has openwork elements with a mound of sparkling aquamarine faceted stones in the middle. This iconic Boucher piece measures 2 9/16 x 1 1/2" and is in fantastic condition with very minimal wear to the gold finish.
