This charming vintage turtle brooch is signed "Pell". This New York company began manufacturing jewelry in 1941. The gold-tone feet and tail have textured detail and the back and head are accented with colorful aurora borealis rhinestones. This pin measures 2" x 1 1/2" and is in excellent condition.
