This stunning and ornate vintage dangle brooch is full of movement and color. It features an enormous ruby red glass cabochon stone in the center with ruby teardrops, chatons and faux turquoise stones, to surround it. Three dangles are suspended from the bottom of the piece, each with a ruby red chaton stone.
The brooch measures 3" in length, (including dangles). It is in very good condition with a small amount of edge-wear to the gold-tone finish.
It is numbered "69?6". The 3rd number is not readable. Although this brooch is unsigned, it looks like a typical Florenza piece. However, I believe that perhaps Sphinx Jewelry (Cheswick, England) may be the maker as they were known to number their jewelry in this manner and were also known to copy the American styles.
