Description

This adorable vintage 1940s sterling silver brooch is in the shape of a Dutch water carrier boy. There is a beautiful blue glass cabachon stone for the face and each bucket swings freely. This pin is marked in 3 places; "Norma", "Sterling" and "Pat Pend". Not a lot of information is available for The Norma Jewelry Company. It is known that it was company who produced both fine and high end costume jewelry in New York in the 1940s and possibly the 50s. This pin measures 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" and weighs 10.6 grams. It is in excellent condition.
